Bangkok, Thailand-March 12, 1964 : At Thai Khu Fah Building, Government House, Peng Meng-Chi, Chief of Staff of the People's Republic of China and the delegation paid a courtesy call on Marshal Thanom Kittikachorn, Prime Minister. On the occasion of an army ambassador's visit to Thailand The Chief of Staff of the Republic of China also handed to the Prime Minister the messages of the President and Prime Minister of the Republic of China. The discussion was joined by Phraya Siwisanwacha, Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office, General Kanchitphon Arpakorn, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, General Sawaeng Senanarong, Secretary-General of the Prime Minister's House, and General Kamjorn Phromyothee, Royal Thai Army Attaché in Taipei.
