The 2011 Thailand Flood, popularly known as the Great Flood is a severe flood that affected the Mekong and Chao Phraya river basins and many provinces affected by an estimated 12.8 million people and killing more than 800 people, the World Bank estimated the damage as high as 1.44 trillion baht, which is the worst flooding history around 70 years of Thailand.
