Workers flocked home after the government ordered the closure of the worker camp

Surin, Thailand – June 27, 2021 : From the measures to control the epidemic of COVID-19 Which is in force for a period of 1 month, starting on June 28, this resulted in Cambodian workers returning to the country. after the measures ordered to close the worker’s camp using the route at Chong Chom permanent border crossing point ,Dan Subdistrict, Kap Choeng District, Surin Province, on their journey across Cambodia, more than 200 people.
And also found that employers have left many workers on the side of the road. causing the Surin immigration officers have to rush to forcibly migrate foreign workers to gather in one spot next to the Surin Immigration Office urgently because of fear that there will be workers infected with COVID-19 to spread in the area.
