Japanese man arrested for defrauding $100 million in stocks “Face-off surgery” has been hiding in Thailand for over 11 years.

Bangkok, Thailand - July 29, 2016 : Mr. Yasuo Tatsubaki defrauded the stock market by more than 4 billion, along with two other Japanese who were caught in Japan. Tatsubaki fled into hiding in Thailand for more than 11 years before being caught on a visa at Chaengwattana Government Complex. The Thai police then proceeded to return to Japan.
